An ongoing creative partnership gives a brand a person who understands its visual direction and applies it as the website, content and campaigns change. The value comes from continuity: each new piece begins with decisions that are already understood.
At Raynhaus, that partnership can span web design and updates, SEO content, social assets, ad creatives and video. The actual combination depends on the brand and the agreed capacity.
What the work can include
For Skin Boutique Online, I hold a wider creative role across website design and optimisation, SEO, social content and ad creatives. It is a useful example of several channels sharing one person responsible for their visual direction.
A different company may need a narrower arrangement: website updates and search content, or recurring editing and motion work. For Growth Frontier, the work shown in the portfolio is a company website designed and built from scratch, with indexing and SEO. That is a distinct scope, rather than evidence that every client needs the same ongoing package.
Agree priorities for each period
Recurring work needs a clear queue. A product launch, a landing page and a set of campaign assets can all be useful, but they cannot all be the first priority.
We agree which work matters now, which inputs are ready and what can fit in the period. Each deliverable has a purpose and an approver. New requests are placed against that plan so their effect on timing is visible.
This keeps the arrangement practical for a small brand working with a one-person studio.
Define capacity and reviews
An ongoing agreement should state the type and amount of work included, the review rounds, communication, delivery expectations and how extra scope is handled. The right capacity depends on complexity as well as the number of assets.
A captioned edit from existing footage and an original 3D sequence are different jobs. So are a small website update and a new section with new content. We define those differences before they become scheduling problems.
Keep responsibilities clear
The client provides access, business priorities, product facts and approval of claims. I provide creative direction and the agreed production work. We identify who supplies photography, footage, translations and any specialist input.
Creating ad assets is a separate responsibility from buying media. Creating social content is separate from publishing it or answering customer messages. Either can be discussed, but it should never be assumed from the phrase “content support.”
Know when a project is a better fit
If you have one website to launch or one film to finish, a defined project may be all you need. If an in-house creative lead already sets the direction, you may need specialist production support around a particular skill.
Ongoing work fits when the requests recur and the brand benefits from the same person connecting them. You can start with a project, establish the working relationship and decide whether there is enough useful recurring work to continue.
Send your current site, the work you expect over the next few months and your main priority. We can propose an ongoing creative scope around that reality.
